If you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions for six months. We will not disclose this data without your consent.
Data Storage
We would like to point out that the webshop operator stores the IP data of the connection holder, as well as the name, address, and contact details (telephone, email) of the buyer, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and later contract processing within the scope of cookies.
In addition, your data will also be stored by us for the purpose of contract processing. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank institutes/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
After the purchase process is aborted, the data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a conclusion of the contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period (7 years). The data name, address, contact details (telephone, email), purchased goods, and date of purchase will be stored for a further period until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG as well as Art. 6 (1) lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this purpose, we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter.
To provide you with targeted information, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information about areas of interest, birthday, postal code, and address.
